Agree To Provide Horse Information And Receive Payment As Follows :
1) You the seller agree to submit to us an application for an ad with all required data; selling price, photo, registry (if applicable), birth date, date available, availability and quality of pedigree, and any additional selling points such as training or country of origin if it is an international import.
2) Once your ad is submitted it will go to our administration department for approval. You will receive an E-mail within 24 to 48 hours informing you of your approval status. Once approved your ad will appear on our site. If your ad is not approved simply fulfill the requirements listed in the denial E-mail and resubmit your ad request. It will be reviewed again and posted if you have fulfilled all requirements
3) The listed price will include a mark up for our commission, that is how we make our advertising fees. If it dose not sell on our sight we charge you noting other then the small donation you made already, its that simple. No more wasting your money on adds that never sell. As I know how frustrating that can be. Your add stays on our sight until the horse sells, either with us or another way.
4)When your horse is sold You can receive payment via mail or instantly via paypal depending on what you prefer. We will have the buyer send us our commission separately so you do not half to worry about sending it to us. This is exactly like Consignment except cheaper as your horse stays with you. We will take care of all the details and you can be as involved or as uninvolved as you like. We could direct all the buyers to you or we can take care of the whole selling process and all you half to do is collect the money. Its totally up to you. Of course If the horse is not at our barn you would half to show it to any buyer who wants to come look. We do except videos of your horse too, which we will make copies of and mail out to any interest buyers.
5)Agree To Notify Painted Star Stables Immediately If Horse Is Sold Elsewhere :
If you sell your horse is sold somewhere else it is important that you notify us immediately. As long as your Horse is on our site it can be sold at any moment. You will be expected to fulfill this sale. If you do not fulfill the sale you will be removed from our commission section until the matter is properly resolved.
Agree To Honor a limited Guarantee :
The Guarantee Terms You Must Honor Are As Follows:
Each horse sold must be accompanied with a certificate of veterinary inspection and a Coggins as well as complete vaccination and deworming records.
Registration paperwork (if available) must be sent to the customer within Two weeks. If dealing with foreign registration papers, as soon as possible, but not to exceed 6 months.
If within 2 days of receipt of their horse the customer has it examined by a licensed veterinarian, who finds it to be unfit for purchase due to illness or disease or for any other purpose you guaranteed it for, you must provide a replacement horse of equivalent value to the customer, or their money back. This protects our buyers from sellers who falsely advertise their horses. If you do not want to imply any guarantees I can mark the horse AS IS and will not include the guarantee at time of sale.
As a Buyer: the buyer also must fill out a Adoption Application for all horses we sell, to protect the horse from neglect and other dangerous situations. The seller will have the right to check up on the horse and take the horse back if these conditions are not met. As a seller you can exclude this Application from your horses sale and I will not ask the buyer to fill it out. It is totally up to you as a seller. We just have it available for extra security for your horse.

* We do not Guarantee any horses on this site unless they are our personal sale horses. We do not guarantee the sale of any horse on this site but we will not charge you if you horse dose not sell. We do not guarantee what kind of home any horse sold on our site will end up in, it is up to the seller to check up on the horse after it is sold and to check out all potential buyers before the sale is final. We will do our best to get your horse into a great home, but we cannot guarantee it as we cannot travel to all potential buyers homes, all we can do is collect as much info as we can on the buyer and make a good educated guess.
